7a71 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7a71 website accessible at https://7a71.io, including all sub-pages, services, betting markets, casino games, slot titles, and account management features.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, slot spin, or any other gambling activity offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means the balance held in a Player's Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and applicable bonuses.

The 7a71 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 7a71 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 7a71 Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change. 7a71 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 7a71 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any legal consequences that may result.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 7a71 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify the 7a71 support team at [email protected] immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until 7a71 has been formally notified of any compromise and the Account has been secured.

7a71 reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address documents, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

7a71 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7a71 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. These limits may be adjusted at 7a71's discretion, particularly for Players subject to enhanced KYC review.

7a71 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals may be subject to additional review if the account has not completed KYC verification, if the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds, or if the Company's fraud prevention systems flag the transaction for manual review. In such cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.

7a71 is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the Platform for any illicit financial purpose. The Company reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal it deems unusual or suspicious. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the transaction being declined and may result in Account suspension. All suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities.

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7a71 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be declined or returned at the sender's cost.

All bets placed on the 7a71 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules will prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed wager except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit feature for the relevant market.
• 7a71 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform. In general, bets on postponed events are voided unless the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and are displayed on each betting market. 7a71 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout of any Player at any time without providing a reason.
• Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, use of arbitrage strategies, or collusion between Players will result in the voiding of affected bets and may result in Account suspension.
• Live betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. 7a71 cannot guarantee that live markets will remain available for the full duration of an event. Live odds are subject to rapid change and all live bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement.

The 7a71 Casino offers a range of games including live dealer tables, RNG (Random Number Generator) table games, and slot titles sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are subject to the rules of the individual game title as provided by the relevant game provider.

All RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. • Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts at 7a71's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time without notice unless the Player has already commenced wagering activity towards the applicable wagering requirement.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, deposit limits, or account closure requests.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 7a71. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7a71 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

7a71 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, 7a71's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall 7a71's total liability to any Player exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳50,000, whichever is lower.

7a71 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via the email address registered on their Account and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7a71 may suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for operational reasons, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any verified, withdrawable balance held in the Player's Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, minus any bonus amounts subject to active wagering requirements and any amounts under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation.
